This unique and exclusive product has been included to emphasise our already high quality standards applied to the production of selected Parmigiano Reggiano, by extending the ageing period to 30 and 36 months. Almost all of our Parmigiano Reggiano comes from Parma and its surrounding province, in particular from the hilly and mountainous areas where small-scale local production and slow, natural ripening further enhance this “King of cheeses”. This product is available as a whole wheel as well as in vacuum-packed eighths.
